Energy Efficient Condensing boilers are very efficient boilers and we install Band ‘A’ rated boilers for maximum efficiency (about 91%).  Combining these with all the latest cost saving controls gives the customer maximum efficiency, control and a cost saving heating system.

All boilers are installed by our own Gas Safe registered installers and the job is registered with Gas Safe upon completion. This ensures the customer receives a certificate that the work has been carried out correctly and safely and this is a vital document if the property is ever sold.

We specialize in the power-flushing of central heating systems.  Water is a natural corrosive and reacts with metals in your heating system.  This reaction and sometimes poor system design can produce sludge that can make systems not only less efficient but in the worst cases can leave the customer with no option but to replace their entire system.

We install chemicals to break down sludge and then power-flush the entire system so that each radiator and the pipe-work to it are cleaned.  With our specialized machinery we can then assess from the through flow rate where blockages and restrictions are, and which radiators are worse than others.  Upon completion inhibitor is added for future protection.

System design is crucial to gas central heating and unfortunately many inexperienced companies are fitting systems incorrectly.  Badly installed systems will eventually fail and the life expectancy of the system will be reduced.
