This small family
business, founded 1965.
The Wards have looked
after the central
heating in my house in
Pinner since before I
bought it in 1984,
providing an annual
boiler service, and they
have carried out other
work as needed. The CH
boiler, a Potterton
Netaheat 22 installed by
Wards in 1982, has
always kept the house
warm but spares were
becoming a problem (had
a recent relay failure)
so this motivated me to
a new CH boiler and a
new hot water cylinder
in my airing cupboard.
On Ward's recommendation
they have in September
2009 installed a
Vaillant CH boiler, and
I now have a much more
efficient foam covered
hot water cylinder. I am
very pleased with Wards,
their workmanship and
competence is very good
indeed.

N.T.Ward recently
installed a new gas
boiler and hot water
cistern. They were very
competitive price wise
and were efficient and
hard working. During the
installation they were
pleasant, polite and
helpful. All debris and
rubbish was cleared away
each evening and at the
end of the job. Have no
hesitation in
recommending them for
any plumbing and heating
work and shall be using
them to carry out a
regular service on the
installation.

I used them for
servicing my boiler. he
was cordial, on time and
communicative. I had the
feeling that he knows
what he was doing. I
will ask them again for
servicing my boiler.

NT Ward serviced my
boiler, one of the
troublesome Potterton
models, and correctly
diagnosed the true
problem that was causing
it to lockout (it wasn't
the common PCB problem
that I'd tried fixing
myself) and fixed it
quickly and at a very
good price. They've also
fitted extra radiators
for me and they seem
very neat and tidy
(unlike the last
plumbers who left gaping
holes in walls etc) and
took great case to
ensure that the radiator
placement and size was
sufficient for what was
required but also fit
with our needs. They're
a genuine local firm who
have been round for
quite a while and seem
to have a good local
reputation (I found them
through connections with
my son's school)
