FAQs

In what areas do you provide service?

Based primarily in Pinner, we work in the many surrounding areas. We provide free estimates for boiler installations and boiler servicing from £85. Please click on our contacts page to see the areas we cover.

Do we get a guarantee?

Yes, all our work comes with a 1 year guarantee. We also fit class leading Vaillant or Worcester Bosch boilers, whose warranties range from 6-10 year manufacturer guarantees, to suit all clients and budgets.

 What make of boilers do we service?

We service all makes of boilers which include Vaillant, Worcester Bosch, Ideal and Potterton, to name a few.

 Are we Gas Safe Registered?

Yes, we are. 
We are one of the gas industries longest serving companies, established in 1965.
If you ever forget our name, our Gas Safe number is only 3 digits long - 360 (the same number of degrees in a circle).
When you're looking for a gas engineer, checking on the Gas Safe Register is the surest route to safety for you and your family.

What are your business hours?

Office hours are 9:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
Saturday & Sunday Closed.
Engineer hours are from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay using online banking, cheques or cash. We currently do not take credit cards.
